The Los Angeles Kings have finalized their television broadcast team for the 2026-27 season, and it leans heavily on familiar voices, according to The Hockey News. John Kelly will again lead the broadcast alongside longtime analyst Jim Fox.
ABTV and the Kings made the announcement Monday. The Hockey News reports that Kelly is set to return for a second season as the club's lead play-by-play announcer.
Kelly has called NHL games since 1989, and the report says he is entering his 39th season as an NHL broadcaster. Josh Schaefer will also come back to handle play-by-play for select games during the season.
Fox will continue as lead analyst. The Hockey News notes he has spent more than four decades with the Kings organization, first as a player and later as a broadcaster.
Former Kings Jarret Stoll and Daryl Evans round out the group. They will provide analysis on the "LA Kings Live" pregame, postgame and intermission shows, and both will rotate into the analyst role for select games, per the report.
