Matthew Stafford says he still has room to improve. The Los Angeles Times reported on Oct. 11 that the Los Angeles Rams quarterback has had an inconsistent start to the season.
Stafford, 38, has thrown six interceptions so far. The Times also said he hasn't matched the level of play that won him league MVP honors last season.
There have been good moments too. The Times described the late comeback Stafford led against the Philadelphia Eagles as classic Stafford, even as his turnovers remain a concern.
Stafford knows he can play better, but he's also proud of what he's done so far, according to the Times. That was his outlook heading into the Rams' Monday game against the Buffalo Bills.
