According to NHL.com, the Anaheim Ducks have announced how they will mark the start of their 2026-27 regular season. The details were published on Sept. 30, so the dates below are still ahead.
The Ducks open on the road Friday, Oct. 2 at the Vegas Golden Knights, with a 7 p.m. PT start. The game will air on Prime Video or FOX Los Angeles Plus (channel 13 KCOP), and the radio option is Ducks Stream. NHL.com says the Official Watch Party will be at Brewery X in Anaheim, at 3191 East La Palma Ave.
The Home Opener is set for Sunday, Oct. 4 against the Florida Panthers, with the same viewing and listening options. Ducks players will walk the Orange Carpet near the Northwest entrance of Honda Center, and the festivities start at 1:30 p.m. The viewing area opens at 12:30 p.m., and only ticketed fans can attend.
Per NHL.com, the first 1,000 children age 12 and under at the game will receive kids' socks presented by Chick-fil-A SoCal. General parking comes with event tickets in the Katella and Cerritos garages. The Cerritos Garage opens at 11 a.m. and is recommended for Orange Carpet attendees, while the Katella Garage opens at 1:30 p.m.
After the arrivals, fans can head to the Modelo Puck Drop Patio, which will have a live DJ and new Ducks merchandise. NHL.com says the patio opens two hours before puck drop at every home game, or 3 p.m. for the opener. Ticket holders can get $5 12oz Modelo, Modelo Negra and Modelo Oro from opening until puck drop.
The Anaheim Team Store will also open at 3 p.m., and a ticket to the Home Opener is required to enter. As of the Sept. 30 announcement, NHL.com said limited tickets remained for the Oct. 4 game.
