The Los Angeles Times' preview of the Chargers vs. Seahawks matchup puts the focus on the Los Angeles offense and how quarterback Justin Herbert fits with offensive coordinator Mike McDaniel.
According to the Times, McDaniel has taken responsibility for the offensive problems the Chargers have had. He has also said he believes those issues can be fixed.
The relationship between Herbert and McDaniel has drawn outside attention. The Times cites Bruschi, who raised the question on ESPN: "I want to know if Justin Herbert can dance. Really, like dance on a dance floor. Does he have rhythm?"
The preview also refers to a player who appeared more in tune with McDaniel's offense when the two worked together with the Miami Dolphins. The captured text does not name that player.
