LAFC plans to take part again in the Coachella Valley Invitational, powered by Fundamental, as one piece of its 2027 preseason schedule, the club said on LAFC.com in a story dated September 30, 2026.
According to LAFC.com, the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California, will host the tournament from January 30 to February 13, 2027. The club describes it as the sixth consecutive preseason for the event. It says nearly half of MLS and NWSL clubs will take part, calling it the largest preseason gathering in North American professional soccer.
On tickets, LAFC.com says advance passes for all matchdays will go on sale to the public on Thursday, October 1, at 10 a.m. PT. American Express Card Members have early access starting Wednesday, September 30, at 10 a.m. PT, and terms apply. Subscribers to the tournament get presale access the same day at 12 p.m. PT.
Southern California will be well represented. LAFC.com lists LAFC, Angel City FC, LA Galaxy, San Diego FC and San Diego Wave FC among the clubs that will compete in the desert, covering all Southern California-based teams in both MLS and the NWSL.
